This post is meant to serve as a jumping off point. Those citations exist for a reason and we encourage you to read further. This post can only address so much.
There was so much that simply couldn’t be covered in such a short post; not to mention a breadth of research that feels like it should be must read material for this topic.
A huge thank you to willatheewisps and a.hearth.witch (on instagram) for going over this prior to posting.
Let us know in the comments if you’re interested in a post going over the origins of the Christian Zionist movement, as well as how it inspired Jewish Zionism.
Did you know that it was a “proto-Christian Zionist” Church of Scotland clergyman & author Alexander Keith who coined the phrase, “land without a people and a people without a land” in his 1843 book?

I can’t believe people have the fucking audacity to claim that transmasc dysphoria isn’t as bad as transfem dysphoria because you don’t see as many transmascs venting about it (actual take I saw today).
Transmascs venting about our dysphoria isn’t usually seen as that. Instead, it’s viewed as “fragile masculinity” or worse, misogyny.
A transmasc venting about bottom dysphoria is subjected to “jokes” making fun of his insecurity, similar to the small dick jokes made at cis incels.
A transmasc venting about his chest dysphoria is seen as being “too lazy” to get surgery, or is fetishized for having a large chest.
A transmasc venting about his voice dysphoria is told to just go on T.
The reason why we don’t talk about it is because you harass us when we do.
The misogyny claims are so real. I can’t say shit about disliking femininity without somebody assuming I mean All Femininity Bad and not just that I dislike it for me. Not to mention how many times I’ve seen comments like ‘you can’t be forced to be feminine that doesn’t happen! Femininity is actually very freeing so it can’t be a prison, if you speak badly of being femme you’re just a toxic dudebro misogynist that’s the only reason anyone would dislike femininity ever’ whilst I also see 'masculinity is a prison’ and 'masculinity is basically fake you’re only free when feminine, it’s so restricting to be masculine, being masc is soooo boring lol, being a man is the worst possible thing’ and if I dared to say that some people enjoy masculinity and/or being men and it is their complete truth oops I’m a misogynistic liar again!
Not to mention I’ve legit been told that the things which make me dysphoric are basically non-issues, pathetic things to get dysphoria about and 'the reason trans mascs have no problems and everything easy ’.
So why should I keep sharing?
